Kupfer Capital is an independent real estate strategic advisory firm established in 2009 and incorporated in 2017.
The firm works selectively with property owners, developers, operators, institutional investors and strategic capital partners across multifamily residential, hospitality and data centres. Our work includes transaction positioning, capital strategy, strategic relationship development and cross-border advisory.
Kupfer Capital’s approach is relationship-driven and execution-focused, with an emphasis on discretion, direct access to decision-makers and alignment between sponsors, operators and capital partners.

FOUNDER

Cesar Kupfer Jarmain is the Founder and Managing Director of Kupfer Capital.

With more than 15 years of experience, his background includes work with developers, property owners, institutional investors, lenders and operating partners across real estate transactions involving capital structuring, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and strategic counterparty engagement.

Kupfer Capital remains intentionally principal-led, with senior involvement throughout the transaction process from initial evaluation and positioning through negotiations, due diligence and execution.

Selective Mandates

Kupfer Capital focuses on a limited number of opportunities where sponsor quality, transaction structure and counterparty alignment support a credible path to execution.
